Our staff can coordinate onsite labor, outside vendors, commercial shipments, security and janitorial services, equipment rental, venue requirements, catering, etc. In addition, TAFC has an experienced exhibitor relations team that can offer your exhibiting galleries and artists knowledgeable and professional support throughout the process. From booth planning and orders to onsite support during set-up, through to coordinating de-install and loading out freight after the fair, TAFC can smoothly guide exhibitors with operations and logistics, so they can focus on presenting their artwork and the needs of their clients.
Operations services offered include:
Floor plan development and production of AutoCAD build plans
Preparation of exhibitor kits and individual booth plans
Exhibitor services in advance of the fair, including preparation and processing of all exhibitor orders and plans
Management of all onsite services and the build of your fair
Equipment rental and onsite materials/consumables
Freight and loading dock management
The Art Fair Company charges a fee for operations and exhibitor services based on the scope of work to cover advance and onsite staff costs. Labor to build the fair and outside vendor and service providers is typically paid directly by the fair. This allows organizers to utilizers these services “at cost” and without markup.
